'May Moves You' Movement Challenge
Are you looking for movement motivation? Join us in following the 'May Moves You' calendar (updated weekly) to help you stay committed to your movement! Each week includes four workouts + three rest days. If you're looking for longer workouts choose 'The MixFit', and for shorter workouts choose 'The QuickFit'. On your rest days opt for a brisk walk outdoors or a light activity of your choice to get your dose of movement in.
The calendar is a guide, so if it doesn't suit your schedule or how your body is feeling that day, feel free to make your own changes and/or substitute with other workouts from the on-demand studio.
